Digital 3D Terrain modelling

This is a new feature offered by our company. Over the past few months, we have invested in new 3D terrain modelling software produced by LSS.

After extensive staff training, we are now able to offer our clients 3D virtual worlds, which enable them to understand how new lines will look. This then allows clients to demonstrate to the planning authorities as well as the public what can be achieved by the various schemes that are in the planning stages.

Using DTM's provided by ordnance survey we can produce fly through models that the viewer can direct where they want to go and at what angle the want to look at the subject.

LSS can be used for route analysis and feasibility as well as visual impact.

Digital flythrough’s can then be passed on to the client using the free Vantage viewer.

We feel this will be a valuable tool to help our clients make the most of their proposals and meet the ever increasing demands of the digital age that we live in.
