Comment: I'm a Land surveyor by profession - and manage a Geospatial section with 20 survey staff & 12 GIS staff, doing similar sort of work to you.We do a lot of engineering surveys for our engineers & architects, and GIS mapping and analysis + web hosting using Geomedia.
