Using reflectorless total stations from Sokkia and Pole/Tower CAD from Optimal software. We can produce detailed topographical surveys of proposed and existing power line routes.

This then enables us to produce virtual power lines in the CAD environment.

Then using a catenary modeling application, we can predict catenaries under different environmental and load conditions.
This helps electricity transmission engineers to produce the catenary reports they need in order to safely and properly manage their lines.
